If you’re all “hey, what’s wrong with the BMI? It’s all we’ve got! We’ve got to put people into categories so we can tell if there’s really any obesity crisis!”, probably you should watch this video. Because yes, there is an obesity crisis, and yes, a lot of people are not very healthy. But the BMI? It’s not really being used the way it was meant to—and it’s not really a good indicator of who’s healthy and who’s not.

It’s so full of shit. I promise. It doesn’t take muscle into account, or bone structure, or anything. Just like a scale doesn’t.
